We completely understand, the process is very straightforward, we schedule a time to visit your location, determine the best place to put the machines and schedule a time for delivery at your convienance. We perform installations 24 hours a day so as not to impact your operations.

What are the placement fees?

We provide complimentary placement for apartment communities, office buildings, and commercial properties throughout South King County.

Am I buying the machine and do I have to service the machine or replace the product?

You do not but anything, you don't service, repair or restock the machine. You contact us and we respond within 24 hours to get the machine back to operation. We serve you at your conveinace/

Besides cashless technology what else do you offer?

We exclusively use modern cashless vending machines that provide a seamless and secure payment experience for your customers. We also offer open markets and for certain venues we can offer alternative vending products like. For most of the vending machines we offer they will take cash.

Am I locked into keeping the machine onsite, if it doesn't work for us?

Are your machines insured?

No, we work with you to provide a service for your employees and clients to ensure we offer a machine that suits your needs. In the event it doesn't work out, you give us the opportunity to make it right. If we decide we are not a good fit we will remove the machine, at no cost at all.

Yes, we provide insurance for your machines to ensure your business is protected from any issues that may occur involving our vending services.

Can I customize my machine selection?

Absolutely. We work with you to create a customized snack and beverage selection that meets the specific needs of your facility.

What is your maintenance schedule?

Yes, we can offer these services based on your business needs.

This is a service that really works well, can I refer your company?

We offer responsive 24/7 support and a proactive maintenance schedule to ensure your machines are always fully stocked in peak operational condition.

Someone used the machine and it did not vend their product, now what?

Yes of course, good business works by referrals and for every successful placement of a machine there is a $500 dollar referral payment directly to you.

That no problem, if we have a customer with issues with the machine they contact us directly (contact information is on the machine) and we refund them no questions asked.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, we just provide you a writing of expectations, we promise to provide you the best vending service you have ever experienced and your promise to us is to help us deliver that experience by providing us feedback.
